We will work with finding a somatic, internal resource, within the body. This resource can act as a resource whenever you need it, but is an especially helpful tool in times of pain flares or panic. I will guide you to locate this resource and build a relationship with it. The more you return to this track and connect with these spaces within yourself, the more accessible these areas of resource will be to you when you find yourself in a state of panic or pain. It is powerful to know that we hold within ourselves what we need to most to soothe and heal.
