Rooted Relief for Chronic Pelvic Pain

A self-guided course blending body-based practices with proven neuroscience

Your Pain Approach Has Been Incomplete...Until Now

You’re already doing so much to support your healing — pelvic floor PT, medical appointments, movement practices, meditation. These things matter. And yet, you’re not sure if your pain will ever truly shift. This isn’t because you’re doing anything wrong. It’s because your brain and nervous system are still operating from old protective pain patterns. Rooted Relief focuses on the missing piece: supporting your nervous system in feeling safe again so your body can soften, release, and rewire. Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and pain reprocessing skills, you’ll learn to gently teach your brain that your body is no longer in danger — so pain can change. This course doesn’t replace your current care. It deepens and amplifies the work you’re already doing.

Connect with your body, Ease your pain

Chronic pain disconnects us from our bodies. In Rooted Relief, you’ll experientially learn to reconnect in safety and regulation. This course teaches nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and brain re-wiring, helping you feel more connected, safe, and embodied.

You’ll also retrain your pelvic floor to soften and settle into a new default state of ease. The result isn’t just temporary relief — it’s a new way of moving and being, where your body responds with trust instead of tension, and the work you’re already doing finally takes root.
