Comprehensive 1:1 Support for Chronic Pelvic Pain Recovery
A mind-body approach where we work together to understand and change the patterns driving chronic pelvic pain, so symptoms can significantly reduce and resolve over time.
You may have spent months — or years — living with pelvic symptoms, seeing multiple specialists, searching for an explanation that will provide relief. Just because you haven't found answers doesn't mean they don't exist — it may mean you haven't yet found the right framework. Your pain is real. Your exhaustion and frustration are valid. You don't have to continue this journey alone.

Our Approach

Neuroplastic Pain
The brain gets stuck in pain pattern. We use Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) to retrain your brain out of these patterns.

Nervous System Regulation
Calm, regulate, and ground your nervous system — through breathwork, meditation, and somatic tools like internal resourcing.

Pelvic Floor Retraining
Release tension and improve pelvic floor function through guided mapping, breathwork, and body mechanics.

What is held in the body
Address tension and suppressed emotions — a critical, often overlooked component in rewiring your brain and relieving stuck pain patterns.

Client Experiences
"Working with Yaicha Bryan to address my pelvic pain helped me immensely. Learning about potential contributors to my pelvic pain was extremely validating. Learning about the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how it works was invaluable for creating a mind-body connection that truly helped me re-write the pain response my body was providing. Over the course of our sessions and out-of-session practice exercises, I began to feel more safe in my body and to rebuild the trust/confidence in my body that had eroded over time due to this issue. I would definitely recommend this work to others struggling with pelvic pain without any medical cause."

“I am very grateful to have found Yaicha. Without her, I would still be chasing medical solutions for chronic pelvic pain and still not understanding its cause. After learning about neuroplastic pain, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), and emotional awareness and expression therapy (EAET) from Yaicha, I now feel like I’m pointed down the road to recovery.
I know it’s not going to be a short road, but at least now I know where my pain came from and why it hasn’t gone away with any of the medical treatments.
If you’re tired of being bounced around from doctor to doctor and getting no answers and no relief, contact Yaicha. You will be in good hands under her compassionate care.”

“This course was informative, inspiring, and gave me hope. I’ve lived with pelvic pain for over 30 years and thought it was just the way my body was.Words really can’t express how grateful I am for this learning—it’s been life altering. Thank you.”— Course Participant: "Relief from Chronic Pelvic Pain"

“This is my first time using PRT for chronic pain. I found that this comprehensive approach brings together the bits and pieces of other pain management methods I’ve tried into one effective, curiosity-based understanding of chronic pain. A heartfelt thank you for this offering.”
