One on One Sessions
Chronic pelvic pain is complex—yet healing is possible.
Science now tells us that many cases of chronic pain, including pelvic pain, are not solely rooted in tissue damage or structural issues. Instead, they often stem from something called neuroplastic pain—pain that originates in the brain and nervous system due to how our systems learn and respond to perceived danger over time.
When the brain interprets something as a threat—whether physical, emotional, or psychological—it can activate pain as a warning signal. If these signals repeat often enough, the brain starts to “learn” pain, reinforcing these neural pathways until they become automatic, even if there is no injury.
The good news? The brain can change.
This means that with the right tools and support, we can
retrain the brain and nervous system, calm the fear response,
and create new, pain-free pathways. In our work together, I draw from:
-
Pain Reprocessing Therapy™
-
Somatic practices and nervous system regulation
-
Mindfulness and body-based awareness
-
Breath, voice, journaling, movement, and energy work
What We’ll Explore Together
In one-on-one sessions, we’ll focus on:
-
Understanding what’s really driving your pain
-
Rewiring the brain’s response to sensations
-
Shifting out of fear and into safety
-
Exploring what your body may be holding—like emotions, tension, or trauma
-
Cultivating a new, more compassionate relationship with your body and your pelvic floor
For many women with chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor hyperactivity is part of the picture. I’ll teach you simple tools—like breath, self-touch, and somatic exploration—to reconnect with this area in a gentle, supportive way.
This work isn’t just about reducing symptoms, it’s about transformation. As we begin to heal the pain, the shifts you make will ripple through every aspect of your life—creating more ease, freedom, and presence.
