Meet Yaicha — Your Course Guide

With 15 years in healthcare and over a decade as a licensed Physician Associate, Yaicha brings a unique, science-backed, and heart-centered approach to chronic pain healing. She currently practices as a Psychiatric PA-C treating chronic pain, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders — and has helped hundreds of women feel seen, heard, and truly supported.

Experience and Training:

  • Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies with a BS in Psychology

  • Trained in Neural Circuit Pain Diagnosis & Treatment

  • Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher (RYT-240)

  • Reiki Master

  • Breath and Meditation Coach

But her most powerful credentials? She’s been exactly where you are. For years, Yaicha lived with chronic pelvic pain and went through it all — hormone therapies, surgery, psychedelics, Chinese medicine, and more. Through that journey, she realized the complexity of chronic pelvic pain— it's deeply emotional and neurological roots. Today, she blends her medical training, psychiatric experience, and holistic healing tools to help overwhelmed women break free from pain and reconnect with their bodies and lives.

You’re not broken — and you’re not alone. Yaicha’s course is designed to guide you, step by step, back to relief.
