About
Chronic pelvic pain is complex and multifaceted. It may have originated from an identifiable cause, such as an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, or fibroids, but continues even after the initial issue has resolved. In other cases, pain may have developed and persisted without a clear explanation. Regardless of the origin, we will also examine other potential contributors to pain, such as emotional trauma and stress, and look at how your personal relationship to pain may be influencing your experience. My main goal is to equip you with practical tools to use outside of our sessions, empowering you to manage and gradually reduce your pain over time. Here are some of the key topics we will cover: The multiple contributors to pelvic pain, including stress, trauma, lack of sleep, stored emotions, and more. The mechanics of the pelvic floor and its connection to breath. Techniques for relaxing the pelvic floor to alleviate pain. and much more!
